Privacy Policy

Analytics Terminal is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Analytics Terminal ("we," "us") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Service:

Account information: your email address and display name.
Trade data: symbol, entry/exit, size, P&L, risk, notes, and tags — for trades you've already placed with your own independent broker or prop-firm account, entered manually, imported via CSV, or synced via the Chrome extension, the MT5 sync script, or a cTrader connection.
Journal entries: any thought-process, psychology, or risk-management notes and screenshots you choose to write or attach.
Broker sync credentials: for MT5, a non-expiring import key you generate and can revoke at any time (not your MT5 login); for cTrader, an OAuth access/refresh token issued directly by cTrader scoped to read-only trade history (we never see your cTrader password). Neither credential can place, modify, or close a trade, or move funds.
Screenshots you choose to upload for manual trade entry or journal entries.
Push notification subscription details, only if you turn on Alerts.
Page-view data: a random identifier stored in your browser, the app section you're viewing, and your IP address — used to measure traffic and detect abuse. This is collected automatically for anyone using the site, signed in or not.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google's authentication flow. We never see or store your Google password.

3. How We Use Your Information

Solely to operate the Service: computing your statistics, rendering your dashboard, generating AI coaching commentary, processing subscription payments, and delivering alerts you've opted into. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

We do not use your trade data, journal entries, or any information you provide to trade on your behalf, share it with any broker or prop firm, or use it for anything other than powering the analytics and coaching features you see in your own account.

4. AI Features (Screenshot Autofill & Coach)

If you use "paste a screenshot to autofill," that image is sent to Anthropic's API for one-time text extraction and is not retained by us beyond the trade record you choose to save. If you use the AI Coach, a summary of your metrics, journal entries, and computed patterns is sent to Anthropic's API to generate narrative feedback; the underlying numbers are always calculated by our own code, not by the AI. You can skip either feature entirely if you'd rather not send data off-device.

5. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details — PayPal handles payment data directly under its own privacy and security practices. Payments are for software access only.

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, with access restricted to what's needed to operate the Service. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties, ever.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. A single identifier is stored in your browser and paired with your IP address and the app section you're viewing, so we can measure traffic and spot unusual activity. This isn't linked to your account, sold, or used for advertising, and it's only ever reviewed by the site operator.

8. Demo Mode

Demo mode data lives only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.

9. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email thor18.ceo@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and every trade, journal entry, screenshot reference, and record tied to it — this action can't be undone.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
