Analytics Terminal is a trade journaling and analytics tool. It helps you record, import, and review your own historical trading activity — equity curves, statistics, and behavioral insights calculated from data you already have from trades you've already placed. The Service is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or payment institution, and it does not execute trades, place orders, hold funds, manage a trading account, or provide access to any financial market.
Analytics Terminal is software, not a trading venue. We do not offer, broker, promote, or provide access to trading of any kind, and we have no relationship with any broker, platform provider, or exchange. We do not recommend brokers, do not receive referral or introducing-broker compensation from any broker, and do not facilitate account opening, funding, or withdrawal with any trading platform. Any mention of instruments (e.g. gold, indices, currency pairs) on this site refers only to labels attached to a user's own already-completed trade records — it is not an offer, solicitation, or facilitation of trading in those instruments. We do not buy, sell, exchange, remit, or hold any currency, foreign or domestic, on behalf of any user or any other party. We are not a Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) or an Authorized Dealer under FEMA, and we are not required to hold FFMC, AD2, or any other RBI foreign-exchange dealer registration, since the Service performs no foreign exchange activity of any kind.
The Service offers optional, user-initiated ways to pull your own historical closed-trade records into your journal: CSV import, a browser extension, a script the user runs inside their own MetaTrader 5 terminal, and an OAuth connection to cTrader's own published data API. In every case:
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, trading, tax, or financial advice, and no feature — including AI-generated coaching commentary, scores, or "what-if" scenarios — should be treated as a recommendation to take or avoid any position. All statistics, scores, and insights are derived mechanically or by AI narration from data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Some features let you enter a prop firm's published rules (e.g. daily loss limit, max drawdown) so the Service can flag your own historical adherence to them. These checks run against rule thresholds and trade data you supply yourself; they are an analytical aid, not a guarantee of passing any evaluation. Analytics Terminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any proprietary trading firm.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're also responsible for the accuracy of the trade data you enter or import — calculated statistics are only as reliable as the data behind them.
The Service offers a free tier (Essential) and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Pro Max), billed monthly through PayPal Subscriptions. Every payment is solely for access to journaling, analytics, and AI-coaching software features — it is never a deposit, trading capital, wager, or payment for any trading, brokerage, signal, or investment service. Prices shown at checkout are current pricing and may change going forward; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of price changes before they take effect. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing tab; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods. You agree not to: access or attempt to access another user's data or account; probe, scan, or abuse the Service's API or infrastructure; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service's software, design, and branding belong to Analytics Terminal. Your trade data and any content you upload remain yours — using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of your data to us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that calculations, statistics, or synced data will be error-free at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytics Terminal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
