Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro Max, no credit card required. During the trial you get every Pro Max feature, including Whole Session Replay and no fixed trade/account cap. AI usage still uses the Essential-tier monthly limits during the trial, so a trial account can't run up unlimited AI cost.

New accounts sign up with "Sign in with Google" — this is currently the only way to create a new account. A small number of accounts that registered with an email/password before this change can still log in with a password via the "Log in" link.

Yes — "Try Demo Dashboard" on the sign-in page loads the full app with sample data. Demo data lives only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.

It's an AI-generated score (part of AI Review) that's checked against your actual trades and journal entries, not just the tone of what you wrote. If a journal entry claims a plan your trade's real numbers contradict, the score reflects that — a well-written but inaccurate entry scores low, not high.

A statistics page built around your real trade history — full statistics board, Monte Carlo simulation of your strategy's likely range of outcomes, and expectancy curves. It shows the real range of outcomes your edge produces, not just a recap of what already happened.

A visual, candle-by-candle replay of a single trade using real historical price data — you can play, pause, step, and scrub through the exact price action from entry to exit, with your entry, exit, stop-loss, and take-profit marked on the chart. Pro and above.

The Reflection Log is where you write about a trade — mood, confidence, stress, your planned risk/SL/TP versus what actually happened, and any screenshots you posted. Trade Replay is purely about watching the price action unfold; it doesn't include journaling.

Yes — "Ask the Coach" on the AI Review tab is a chat that has access to your own metrics, Trader Scorecard, per-tag performance, saved trading rules, and a recent-trades excerpt, so its answers are grounded in your real numbers. It only answers trading-related questions, and it never invents data or claims access to any other trader's information.

Yes, and it's entirely opt-in. Joining shows only a handle you choose — never your real name or email — ranked mostly by your Verified Score with a smaller weighting from your AI Discipline Score if you have one.

MetaTrader 5, cTrader, MatchTrader, and OANDA sync your closed trades automatically — no manual CSV exports needed. You can also import a CSV, or paste a P&L screenshot for AI to draft the trade for you.

No. Every sync method is read-only and uses its own scoped credential — a non-expiring import key you generate for MT5, or an OAuth token issued directly by cTrader — never your actual broker login. Nothing in the Service can place, modify, or close an order, or move funds, on any connected account.

Yes — MT5's import key can be regenerated (instantly invalidating the old one) and cTrader can be disconnected from the Trade Sync tab at any time.

Essential is $9.99/mo (250 trades logged, track up to 5 accounts, 5 AI screenshot scans/mo, Trade Replay). Pro is $20/mo (no fixed trade/account cap, 60 AI scans/mo, 15 AI Coach analyses/mo). Pro Max is $48/mo (everything in Pro, plus Whole Session Replay and 300 AI scans/mo).

Yes — cancel anytime from the Billing tab. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Full detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Through PayPal Subscriptions. We never see or store your card details — PayPal handles payment data directly under its own security practices. Every payment is solely for software access; it's never trading capital, a deposit, or a payment for any brokerage or investment service.

Yes. Your data is encrypted and hosted on AWS infrastructure, and it's never sold to anyone, ever.

You do. Using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of your trade data or journal entries to us.

Yes — email thor18.ceo@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and every trade, journal entry, and record tied to it. This can't be undone once processed.

You get a personal referral link and coupon code from the Affiliate tab. When someone you referred makes their first payment on any plan, you earn a one-time cash commission. Payouts are reviewed and sent via PayPal manually once your balance crosses the minimum payout threshold.
